The Bass House Return Policy
Although we try to give an accurate description of each item on our web site we recognize that mistakes may occur. You may return an item within 14 days after receipt for money back or exchange of the price of the item. Returns must be authorized by seller before they will be accepted. All returned items must be in original package and in new condition. Shipping is not refundable and customer is responsible for all shipping charges. No product will be accepted for return and money back issued if it is determined the item has been used in any way.
The steps are:
1. Wrap and box item securely to avoid damage in transit, and mark the outside of the package with "RETURN".
(Please note that we cannot provide refunds on items that are received in a damaged condition as they are not resalable. If you ship your return by UPS it is insured automatically for up to $100. If you ship through the Post Office, please insure the package.)
2. Return the package to:
